Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind is a 2004 romantic science fiction film about a couple whose relationship deteriorates to the point they get their memories of one another erased medically. A blend of folk rock, piano, post-rock, and classical, these songs have very little in common with one another, save for evoking that frightening yet sometimes ethereal feeling of starting over on your own.
