Photo Friday #98

One of the first Photo Fridays I did for Mentality was a picture that I took in April of 2021, just a little over a year ago now, of a young tree outside of the house that I still live in (pictured above and to the left). This year, I took another picture of a tree (below and to the right, and unfortunately not the same tree) to commemorate the coming of spring. Although not as picturesque as fall, spring brings with it a breath of fresh air--a sense of relief, happiness, and expectation. It's a cyclical, yearly chance at new and better beginnings, and I hope that it brings the same for all of you.
