When it often feels like life’s only constant is the promise of change, it can be refreshing to find an unwavering sense of stability. Kindergarten me may have only just begun to understand the beauty of literature, but she would have loved to hear that the world only grows with each book, poem, and story she discovers and learns to express. And despite having let go of the rock star dreams, I still get rather excited about pretty dresses and skirts.
