Photo Friday #60

I thought I would set aside today for some puppy appreciation. This is Finnigan, my family’s White German Shepherd and my best friend. This picture is from a recent visit to my grandparents’ farm, where Finn was over the moon to be able to “help” with the chores. This is far from being the only way he’s been helpful lately. At the end of a particularly long and stressful day, during which I was home for the evening, Finn climbed into bed with me. Even though he usually isn’t one for cuddling, it was like he knew I needed extra comfort, and he made sure to share his love (and his slobber) with me.
