Many times I have been asked by my therapist what might be ways to help relieve stress or take my mind away from obsessive thoughts. For me, this question seems easy to dismiss, yet I always struggle to come up with an answer. In truth, it’s one of the most meaningful questions I’ve been asked. Realizing ways to make yourself feel better when you’re struggling is invaluable knowledge. I’ve come to recognize that for me, I find great comfort watching (often re-watching) television shows and films. There have been so many times where some of my favorites series have helped me, and I’m so thankful for them.
